As part of our sustainability drive as a business we are now monitoring our environmental impact and looking at ways we can reduce our carbon and energy costs.
The first step was to calculate our emissions. We then looked at ways we can reduce our Carbon and energy cost through procedure changes and purchasing habits.
It is very difficult to reduce emissions to zero. With the help of Carbon Footprint Ltd we have assessed the Carbon Footprint of BDM Talk and are now offsetting these emissions. Carbon offsetting is used to compensate for your emissions by funding an equivalent carbon dioxide saving elsewhere. We have decided to do this by purchasing Trees in the UK.
